N.M.C. Inc. warrants for five years from the date of purchase (retail) that N.M.C. Inc. will repair on site or thru outside contractor at our sole choosing any failure in welds, or structural failures. If the T-Top has been modified, installed improperly, or welded has been performed other than by N.M.C. Inc. or boat is powered over hull rating in which it was designed this warranty will be null and void.

N.M.C. Inc. will not be responsible for damage or loss to any equipment not installed by it, or the cost of any damages that may result from such.

Canvas and anaodizing are excluded, as we have no control over their care and maintenence.

Warranty service must be executed at N.M.C. Inc. location by delivering boat or T-Top to our location unless N.M.C. Inc. authorizes other.

Customer must provide original invoice, nature of warranty claim in writing within 30 days of discovery of defect.

N.M.C. Inc. will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages caused as a result of any defect in material, workmanship or repair. There are no other warranties expressed or implied. N.M.C. Inc. restricts its warranty to repair in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. Any legal action against N.M.C. Inc. must be executed in Dade County only. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
